What is Permanent Jewelry?
-
Permanent Jewelry is a custom necklace, anklet, and or bracelet that doesn't have a typical clasp for easy removal. Instead, the ends are welded together for beautiful and effortless wear.

Your deposit reserves your timeslot and will be applied to your chain purchase. Our reservations book fast, and we want to ensure that no time slots go to waste. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit will be refunded or applied to your new time. This can be done using the link in your confirmation email.

What's the cancellation policy?
-
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your reservation. All reservations canceled after the 48-hour window will be subjected to a 30% cancelation fee.

Can I bring my own chain or charm?
-
The short answer is nope. We only weld the chains and charms that we sell so that we can control quality and comfort. We do not adjust permanent jewelry that is not ours.
-
-
What should I do if the chain breaks or stretches?
-
We understand sh*t happens, so we choose delicate chains for their minimalist appearance and effortless wear. Should your bracelet get snagged on something and break or stretch, we will do our best to repair it for you. Please put it in a safe place and come in to see us! Please note TLG is not liable for lost chains.

-
How old must I be to experience the TLG "experience"?
-
We are excited to weld jewelry onto anyone age 13 years or older. An adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18. Yep, you need permission!
-
-
What if I need to remove my bracelet? Can I get it re-welded again later?
-
Yes, if you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, it can be relatively easily cut with kitchen scissors. If possible, cut the ring that attaches the chain to ensure the cleanest look. Re-weld cost is $10.
-
-
Will this give me trouble going through airport security?
-
Nope! TSA doesn't ask you to remove fine jewelry when going through security.
-
-
Is it painful?
-
Not one bit! We use a precision laser that targets a tiny point on the chain without touching you. We recommend that you look away from the spark of the weld or watch the process through your phone's camera.
